Definitely choose Scott and American Pumper for your septic tank pumping and service needs. He answered the phone immediately, came out in an impeccably clean truck the very next day and did a super job. He is very friendly and gracious, totally knowledgeable from his long experience, and totally professional. He completed his septic pumping quickly, then He took all the time needed to answer all my questions and advise me on several matters related to my system, and all at a very reasonable and fair fee! We will always call him in the future and recommend you to do the same!

I had been dreading having our old septic tank pumped, fearing we would be told it needed replacement because it was old and they wanted to sell us a new system. Instead, American Pumper came right out, carefully emptied and cleaned the tank, and then discussed ongoing maintenance with us. They were responsive to the phone call, prompt on their appointment time, and knowledgeable about the system. Good solid, kind, honest people; I cannot gush enough about Scotty and his company. As a newbie living on a septic system I had been offered a lot of confusing/conflicting advice on septic maintenance. Unknown to us, of the contractors accidentally turned off the breaker to the septic pump and a week later we were woken by the septic alarm going off! Scotty was there ASAP! Second time we've had him come out. He also recommended a great septic repair guy who found the breaker and adjusted the float so next time the alarm will go off in time to not have to pump the tank before repairs! American Pumper is the best! Highly recommend

Scott and his son Gino are the best. Its 4th of July weekend, Friday night and my septic tank is flowing out the top. Bad smells. Called 4 services that night and left messages. Had 8 people at the house. Only company to come out on Saturday with his son(it was his birthday) and pump out my tank was American Pumper.
